Dharamsala Mann Kangra Hand Rolled First Flush Oolong Tea

Dharamsala Mann Kangra Hand Rolled First Flush Oolong Tea

A popular estate from the western Himalayan region in India, this is a surprisingly clean tea that is suited for all times of the day. It has heavy vegetal notes fused with a nutty start and ends on fresh tobacco and burnt wood. The flavours do not linger for too long on the palate and is a great choice to start the day on a low caffeine note. Serve with sugar or honey.
It makes for a great complement to ricotta cheese, tofu, steamed fish, and cured meats.
