The Assam region rarely produces an oolong which makes this a treasure. Loaded with fragrant notes of sweet peaches and white flowers like peony and lily with honeyed undertones and a touch of apricot ad pears, this is an incredibly flavourful tea. Apart from being wonderfully smooth from start to a sweet finish, it also carried a distinct hint of green amid all the luscious goodness packed into this single tea. 
You will certainly want more of this tea which is delightful in its second steep as well. It also makes for a surprisingly refreshing iced tea.

Grade​T​ea leaf grading is the process of evaluating products based on the quality and condition of the tea leaves​. ​The highest grades are referred to as "orange pekoe"​ i.e SFTGFOP1, FTGFOP1​, and the lowest as "fannings" or "dust".
