Glenburn Darjeeling Second Flush Black Tea
Plucked in the early summer months of May and June from the Glenburn tea estate of Darjeeling situated at an elevation of 3,700 feet, this stylishly rolled leaf is made from select shoots that draw their succulence from the late spring showers. The liquor is bright golden, yet full bodied with an excellent floral nose with a mildly minty taste. The flavour of the tea is mature in comparison to the First Flush. This liquor has a special character owing to the clonal plants selected to thrive in Darjeeling’s unique Glenburn growing conditions.
