Where do you source your teas from?

We source our teas from renowned plantations and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular tea-producing regions, namely: Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Kangra, and Sikkim.

How are your teas packed?

After sourcing directly from plantations and farms, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in Delhi NCR, India. The teas and ingredients then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, and quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. Post checkpoints for leaf size, aroma, liquor, flavors, etc. These are vacuum-packaged using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum bags are then put inside cardboard boxes, sealed, and then stored in a state-of-the-art warehouse which ensures that the teas and the ingredients remain garden-fresh and maintain their character. Further, required quantities are packed in smaller vacuum-sealed packs which are boxed in retail boxes and then sent over to our fulfillment centers located in various parts of the world.

What is TEACH METM?

TEACH ME(TM) is our CSR social initiative wherein 1% of our revenue is directed towards the education of our farmers' children. Our farmers, just like any other parent, also wish for their progeny to have a better life than theirs. We at VAHDAM® India, simply wish to honor their aspirations.

How can I Track my shipment?

Do you ship outside USA?

Yes, we do ship outside USA. Till date we have shipped our premium teas to consumers in more than 130 countries around the world. For shipping outside the USA, please visit our global website at https://www.vahdam.global/.

Is your Tea Gluten free?
Yes, all our teas are naturally Gluten-free.
How should I store my Tea?
Tea should always be stored in a cool and dark place. All our loose-leaf teas come with a separate re-sealable, vacuum bag which you can use to store your tea in. Since oxygen, moisture, and any sort of strong smells/aroma can adversely affect the quality of tea, make sure to store it in an air-tight container/Vacuum-tight bag in order to protect the tea from any exposure to light, extreme temperature, or humidity.
How are the Teas packaged?
After sourcing our teas directly from plantations within hours of harvest, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in New Delhi, India. The teas then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. Teas then pass through a final 10+ quality checkpoints for leaf size, aroma, liquor, flavors etc. They are then vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminium-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum-bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse which ensures that the teas remain garden-fresh and maintain their character. Upon receiving a consumer's order, we further pack the required quantity of tea in smaller vacuum-sealed packs which are boxed in the retail boxes and then sent over to our own delivery centers located in various parts of the world.
How can I try a sample of your product?

Deciding on a perfect tea that suits your likes can take a while. Hence, we have a separate Vahdam Sampler Collection, wherein we present our customers with assorted samples of various teas. Choose from a wide variety of samples, including our Assorted Tea Sampler of 10 different teas. In addition to this, we also have sampler packs of Black, Green, Chai, Oolong, White and various other teas. These sampler packs come in a variant of 5 samples and 10 samples. Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
Subscriptions are super easy to use. You just need to select the Subscribe and Save option on the Product Page. Choose your preferred delivery schedule and quantity. Checkout, fill in your shipping details and you are good to go. Currently, we offer 30, 60 and 90 days delivery schedules.
What are the benefits of subscriptions?
With subscriptions, you get a 20% off not only on your first order but all subsequent orders as well. Additionally, you can do away with the hassle of ordering your favourite products every time. Order it once and leave it upon us to deliver and replenish it in time.
How can I modify my Subscribe and Save subscription details such as frequency, delivery or payment method?
In case you feel that you want to skip an order or re-schedule it to another date, you can do that from your Account > Subscriptions > Select the particular order you want to reschedule/skip and click on Reschedule/Skip under Next Charge Date.To change your address or payment details, select Billing Information and click on Edit and save to update your details.
Once I create a subscription, will I get all future orders at the same price I subscribed for?
Yes! All the orders are charged on the same price you have subscribed for. We will not charge you anything extra, except shipping, if applicable.
How do I login and manage my subscription on your website?
From any page on vahdamteas.com look for the account icon that says 'login' in the upper right-hand corner. Hover over the icon to reveal the login link. Once logged in scroll down to the section where it says ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ to access all information associated with your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription anytime. Just go to your account > Manage Subscriptions and click Cancel under the Subscriptions tab. In case you are facing any issues, you can also reach out to us at help@vahdamteas.com

When will I get the delivery of the items I have subscribed to?
As soon as you create your first subscription, the items you've ordered will ship immediately. Your order will be delivered to you on or before the estimated delivery date on your order. This order date will automatically be set as the start date for your subscription and the subsequent orders will be created automatically on the day of the month based on the frequency set.
Can I apply additional discounts on subscription products?
Yes! Once you checkout and enter your details, you will find “Have a discount code? Enter it here” under the Order Summary. You can apply all your discount codes there.
Can I add another product to my current subscription?
Definitely. You can add another one time product or a subscription product to your upcoming order without the hassle of entering your shipping and payment details again. You can access and make changes to your subscription by logging into your account. Once logged in scroll down to the section where it says ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ and you’ll see the ‘Add Product’ button just below your currently subscribed product.
Can I cancel just one order if I will be out of town or if I have extra product from my last order?
Absolutely! You can use the 'Skip' option available from within your account. You can access and make changes to your subscription by logging into your account.Once logged in scroll down to the section where it says ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ and you’ll see the ‘Skip’ button just below there.

How do I know the water temperature is right?
While temperature is easy to determine if you have a thermometer, how can you tell without one? The easiest trick is the boil-and-wait method below. Keep in mind these are just guidelines and not a guarantee! Hot water (75℃ - 80℃): Let the boiled water sit for about 5 minutes before use. Near-boiling (90℃ - 95℃): Let the boiled water sit for about 1 minute before use.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept payments through PAYPAL, credit/debit cards of VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, DISCOVER, and AMEX Credit cards.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, we do not offer gift wrapping services. Although, we have a dedicated Gift collection where you can find delectable collections of our single-origin teas, tea samplers, tea bags, and limited collector's editions as well. Which Harvest Teas do you use in your blends?
All our premium blends are made of a variety of garden-fresh, superior quality teas from their native region. We only procure these teas during their respective harvest seasons, which differ according to the tea type, origin, season etc. Procuring these teas during their specific harvest periods means that we get their PRIME flavor, character, and freshness.
How many cups of tea are made from a 100gm/3.53oz pack?
A 100 gram or 3.53oz pack of our loose-leaf can yield approximately 35-40 cups of tea.
Is ordering on your site secure?

Can tea be reheated?
Tea should never be reheated. If you prepare tea and then forget about it, it is better to put it in the fridge or add a cube of ice to it, to chill it completely. However, if your tea has been sitting for several hours, it is better just to pour it out and prepare a fresh batch, especially if this is green tea or white tea.
