Vahdam Teas  Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience with each and every order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please mail us at help@vahdamteas.com to initiate a refund. Tea being a perishable commodity, intimation of refund needs to be placed within 7 days (including weekend and holidays) of delivery of the particular order. Vahdam Teas  will not accept used or opened products and they will not be eligible for refund. In case there is an error from the side of Vahdam Teas, the standard delivery charge of returns will also be refunded. The refund for your order will only done after the receipt of the returned goods at any of our designated fulfillment centres. Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange. Once a refund is approved by Vahdam, it will be initiated through a NEFT/Bank Transfer within 30 days.
