One of the finest summer teas, courtesy of the beautiful land of Assam, this is undoubtedly the best golden tippy tea! The long leaves are tightly-rolled and are interspersed with precious golden tips. The dark amber liquor has signature Assam attributes of being malty and sweet with top notes of ripe cherry and date palm. It starts out on a sweet, clean note with dominant woody notes in the middle and a pleasant malty undertone that sails throughout. A slight astringency accentuates the overall malty flavour of the tea.
