GradeTea leaf grading is the process of evaluating products based on the quality and condition of the tea leaves. The highest grades are referred to as "orange pekoe" i.e SFTGFOP1, FTGFOP1, and the lowest as "fannings" or "dust".

Wah Vahdam, Wah! A pure sensational Masala Chai blend which would never put you to regret. This blend of CTC tea and spices is done almost perfect. Bold in body, superb liqueur color and a heady aroma of the spice blend, particularly of cloves and cardamom. Let the tea steep in excess of 5 minutes, pouring in water that has just come to a boil. The blender/s has woven magic out of this spice-tea mix, indeed a clued guy has stirred it up. My suggestion for the blend is to use a lesser percentage of cloves and elaichi, a slight increase of cinnamon and pepper while holding the bergamot oil spray steady. Cloves should definitely be reduced, as the after-taste is of cloves instead of cinnamon. At times the tea has a nose of burnt pine tar, at times of oranges in bloom. Drink this chai in the early morning hours to slowly wind yourself up.
