Gopaldhara Darjeeling First Flush Black Tea

Gopaldhara Darjeeling First Flush Black Tea

This cup of Darjeeling captures the finesse quite like a Zifandel wine. From a light, fruity start to a heady red rose and fresh plum at its heart and a clean melon rind flavour in its finish. The sudden sourness around the centre brought on by the tannins lend an oak-like flavour.
This tea is certainly a light-hearted one to be taken by itself at any time of the day.
A celebrated tea from a much-loved estate in the Himalayas. We suggest two steeps to fully relish it's flavours.
