Never place our Bottle in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend placing the product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.

Yes. Our Bottle is leakproof. It is splash resistant which means it will keep the drink in place over a speed bump. Also, if it is flipped upside down or held at a titled angle, the liquid will not spill out.

How does the drink remain hot or cold for hours at a stretch?

Engineered with double-wall vacuum insulation technology, it creates an airless space between two walls, eliminating the convection and the temperature change. This helps to keep the drink hot for 3 hours (>42°C) and cold for 6 hours (< 10°C).

Is it dishwasher-safe?

Yes, the bottle is safe to be used in the dishwasher.

Is the bottle microwave/refrigerator safe?

Do not use the tumbler in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend refrigerating the tumbler or using it in the freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.
